5 week clean eating challenge
1. Week one-Add real and organic fruits and vegetables to your diet.
2. Week two-Say a big NO to Fast Food.
3. Week Three-Give up intake of Maida or white flour bread, noodles and white rice in your diet instead switch to Whole wheat bread, Organic Brown rice and whole wheat pasta.
4. Week Four-Start snacking on fruits and veggies avoid unhealthy fried stuff.
5. Week Five-Cut down your sugar intake. Have no more soda and sugary drinks.
